Products can be returned for credit or exchange within 60 days from date of purchase if the product is in its original condition. Only unused and undamaged products in their original, unmarked and unopened packaging can be returned. Products purchased in a kit or set cannot be returned as individual components. Buyer must call for a Return Stock Authorization (RSA) number prior to returning any product. Buyer is responsible for all transportation/freight charges and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
